Hello, and thank you for opening this thread. In this thread, I will reveal a bit about me, and my life.
Well, I was born in Boston, Lincolnshire in the East Midlands of England on 28th June 2000 in Pilgrim Hospital, at around 12:00 PM. I was born into a family with Irish origin-my Fathers' side originated from Northern Ireland and my Mothers' came from the Republic of Ireland. I was am the second youngest of 7 siblings(but 4 of these siblings have bought there own house). My grandfathers brother was married to the cousin of John Patrick McManus, so my family was quite wealthy. I was sent to a local Primary School for 6 years. For those first 3 years, I was slower than the rest of the class. In my third year, during a spelling test(I can remember it quite well) another student stabbed me in the back of the neck with a sharpened pencil, and I was sent to the hospital for tests to check if my bloodstream wasn't infected by the point of the pencil. It turns out I was okay, but the following weeks the teachers noticed that I was more interested in reading and less playful than the rest of the class, and I soon became the top of the class.
The following years, my hidden talent was revealed-my writing. I was above average scores for that age(and I still am now) and I took up an interest in History and Geography, studying and reading extensively. Everybody else were playing their year 4 games while I was usually in the corner or library reading books. In Year 6, I entered a competition to meet Michael Morpurgo and won, and I got up close to him and shook his hand, receiving a copy of his new book at the time, Shadow. I took it home and read it thoroughly and I loved it. At the last day of Year 6 I was given a few awards-History, Geography, Literacy, Most Ranged Student and Most Knowledgeable awards.
Then the Summer of '11 ended and I was starting Secondary. I was the only one to not moan when the teachers revealed the amount of lessons we had to take. Everybody then thought that I was a geek, but that didn't get me down-I quite liked it. And then I received news that my maternal Grandfather had passed away from Bowel Cancer. Everyone in my form had no clue at all, and just thought I was emotional. I cried myself to sleep most nights after his death-I loved him so much. And then I received news that my younger sister fell ill. I thought it was from the stress and grief-but it was far, far worse. After spending about a week at the hospital, I was expecting the worst news-but nothing could prepare me for the diagnosis. The doctors said "It is Leukemia, Mrs.Watson" and we all broke down in tears. She has been fighting it for two years now, and everyone in my form helped me get through this hard time. I think she is very brave.
Well, that's just some of my life. Pretty shaky, eh? ...I suspect worse things are to come...but anyway, thanks for sparing your time to read this :') Hello, and thank you for opening this thread. In this thread, I will reveal a bit about me, and my life.
