Ed edd n eddy, It was without a doubt one of the best shows on cartoon network, I loved every second of it, Now when I heard they were making a game out of them, I was excited, This is Ed edd n eddy jawbreakers for the Game boy advance, Will this game do the show justice, Or will It stink like all other licensed games? Let's find out.

Story-7/10
The plot behind this game is that Ed edd and eddy are chilling at the cul-de-sac one day, Then this boy named Jimmy comes up to them and tells the 3 boys about this big contest coming up, The winner of the contest gets a lifetime supply of jawbreakers, Ed edd and eddy accept the challenge, Now It is up to YOU to get The boys through 6 big worlds to claim the tickets and win the prize!

Gameplay-7/10
Ed edd n eddy jawbreakers plays alot like that old video game The lost Vikings, I say this because the game requires you to switch between all 3 of the Eds to solve puzzles, Out of the 3 eds, Ed is the muscle of the group who can pick up and push heavy objects, Edd is the brains of the group meaning he can fix machines and whatnot, And last but not least, Eddy is the speed of the group, as he is armed with a double jump. Each level also has a plethora of coins to collect, The coins are red blue and yellow, So only certain characters can grab them, Ed can grab yellow coins, Edd can grab blue coins, and Eddy can grab red coins. I actually like this style of gameplay! As for the boss fights, They are mostly characters from the show, Such as Kevin, Rolf, Sarah, nazz, etc.

Graphics-8/10
This game was released in 2003, and It looks flat out amazing! All the levels and worlds you will be exploring are huge, colorful, and bursting with atmosphere! As for the characters, They are easily recognizable as well, All of the people from the TV show look live thereselves, Such as the Eds themselves. The HUD in the game is pretty self explanatory as always, The top right hand corner of the screen shows how much time there is left in the level, The top right hand corner of the screen shows how many coins you have collected, And the top middle of the screen shows how many lives you have left until you get game over.

Sound-7/10
The sound in this game is not all that bad! For one, You do get an awesome render of the show's well known theme song at the title screen! That is always a plus. As for the actual soundtrack, It is not too bad, The game incorporates all the catchy jazz music that the show itself was known for, and that is great! And for the sound effects, They are your typical stuff, You get bounces, thuds, and you even get actual voice clips from the characters! How awesome is that?

Addictiveness-6/10
I'll be completely honest here, The game was fun for the first few levels, But after all of that, It just seemed to get really really repetitive, Like this, You control the Eds, You help Edd get them across, wash rinse and repeat. There is absolutely nothing wrong with repetition if It is done right! But if you can get past that, The game is still pretty fun.

Depth-4/10
And here it goes down, After you beat the game, There is abosultley nothing else to do! I mean sure there are some cheat codes and whatnot, But it is really not enough. This is probably the last amount of relay value I have ever seen in a licensed game, EVER.

Difficulty-8/10
Ah, One of the game's high points, the difficulty. The game starts out pretty easy, But It gets really hard during the later levels, I remember throwing obscenities at the junkyard level! There is even a difficulty setting in the options menu, But It feels the same no matter what...

Overall-7.5/10
So overall, If you can get past the game's high difficulty level, And the very long levels, Then this game is for you! I gave this game a 7.5 because how good It is as a licensed game! So, if you see this game anywhere, Pick it up, Don't be scared....
