Has anyone noticed that, no matter what, being a newbie is just terrible?  At first, I thought hey, I have been playing games for free and there are so many games that I grew up on and so many I have never heard of.  It's ridiculous.  And it is still awesome.  And free.  Did I mention that?  Either way, my brother got the Netplay app and we were so excited, we sat down and got on the phone (he's in OK and I'm in TX) and got all of our "party supplies" ready for our all-night gaming session...  Only to be disappointed at the fact that, since I haven't posted 10 times, I can't play a single game with my brother on Netplay.  Just a gray screen.  So what am I to do?  I guess I'm going to find another 9 things to post about, and try to enlighten you all with whatever it is I might have to offer.

But I have to say, despite the fact that I really have no right to offer criticism given that this website is just amazing, but this Newbie stuff is just bush league.  Here  I am, instead of playing awesome games online with my brother, writing posts, wishing I could play games.  It's like homework.  I don't know if anyone out there thinks I just sound snide or condescending.  If you do, I apologize, and that is not my intention.  I also realize that you don't just want anyone having all of the benefits of this awesome site.  But I mean, come on.  I just want to play games!  Anyway, I appreciate the staff, the admins, the mods, and the rules, and I will continue my quest to make this work.

I really hope this post is long enough, because the last post I made was like 300+ words and I didn't get any Viz...  I can't find any word-count regulations, so that is a pretty vague rubric for what I get points for, and what is recognized or not...  I wish someone would just throw me a bone, here.  Anyway...  If someone out there has any advice or any tips or helpful information, please don't hesitate to throw it my way.

I just wish that I would have known that we would not be able to play games together until we graduated from "newbie" status BEFORE I donated the $$ in order to purchase Netplay for the sole purpose of playing games together...

There is no required word amount. As long as your post is thought through and adds to the conversation, you're good to go!

Honestly, it's not too hard to get 10 posts. I mean, I've got just over 800 in the last 2 months. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

welcome ti vizzed! you can still play games but it just costs Viz. you dont have to have net play you know.
